Research Proposals in Response to the Solicitation for New Projects in 2008

To see the proposal folders, you must log-in. Click on Show Control Panel above to log-in. Afterwards, click on "Hide Control Panel" to close the control panel. To download a document, right click on the title and "Save Target As".

If you have logged in, but are not seeing the proposal folders, then click once on "Show Control Panel." You may also find that you have to refresh your screen due to a recent change in the website's URL.

The proposals are confidential and should only be shared among PSERC industry and university members.

Formal reviews by stem committee industry members are due by Oct. 9 using the Word documents given below. An organization should only provide one review per stem. Contact the stem leaders if your organization is not a member of a stem committee and would like to participate in the formal reviews.

Vijay Vittal invites anyone to send him comments about a project even if you are not participating in the formal reviews. Any input is welcome. All comments must be received by Oct. 9.
